Solutions IT Group is a managed services information technology consulting firm serving the Greater Seattle Metro area with top quality engineers who have a keen interest in customer satisfaction. We operate under the paradigm of a customer service and satisfaction first mentality to ensure that the network services we provide not only meet the IT needs of our customers, but surpass their service expectations. We believe that IT is no longer a cost center for a business, but an active revenue generating participant. Our Team

Tim Harris – President & CEO
Tim brings nearly thirty years of design engineering management and services experience in the hightech industry. Prior to joining Solutions IT Group, Tim worked with Pickering Associates as their Lead Engineer, and at Microsoft in the Exchange Server Support and PSS teams. Tim is a twenty year veteran of the US Navy and a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer with a Messaging Specialization.

Rick Woodruff – Sales & CFO
Rick founded Solutions IT Group on the belief that one company can make more than a difference – it can change the whole face of business as we know it. Rick comes with 40 years of Financial Operations Management and Sales experience. Prior to Solutions IT Group, Rick worked at Pickering Associates as the Operations Officer. Prior to Pickering, Rick ran his own Headhunter business specializing in upper management placement in the food distribution business.

Jason Denney – Operations Engineering
Jason has more than eight years of networking experience having worked as a Network Administrator for Imagenet IT, a Risk Management consultant for CingularATT wireless, and a Network Engineer for Pickering and Associates. Jason also was in the US Navy as a Nuclear Reactor Operator on a submarine. Through these experiences, Jason has over eleven years of troubleshooting experience, along with extensive detailed planning of network upgrades, rebuilds, and working with teams of very diverse people to get the jobs done right the first time. Jason is also a Microsoft Certified Professional Small Business Specialist.
